We are seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor to handle a varied caseload and provide expert advice while building long-term relationships with clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse caseload including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and tax planning.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to client needs.
• Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality service.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and work independently.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
