About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and user-obsessed Product Designer to join our growing design team in Brighton.This isn’t a numbers-heavy role – it’s about crafting intuitive, beautiful digital experiences that delight users and elevate our brand.You’ll be shaping products from concept to completion: defining interaction flows, creating visually striking interfaces, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to bring ideas to life. What You’ll Do

• Design high-impact, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that balance creativity and usability.
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure design intent is carried through to delivery.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and brand aesthetics.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools.
• Participate in design reviews and bring a collaborative, open-minded attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, ideally in a digital product or agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that shows off your visual flair and interaction design chops.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and an eye for clean, modern design.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive layouts.
• A passion for storytelling through design – you think in experiences, not just screens.
• Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating in a creative, fast-moving environment.
