What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on
experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams
and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You’ll rapidly build in-depth
knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on important projects with
three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month
international assignment!

We are
looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a
Product Manager for our SGT5/6-2000E product line. This is an exciting
opportunity to kickstart your career in product management, where you will play
a key role in bringing new technologies to market, driving innovation, and
collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of our products in North
and Latin America.
In this
role, you will gain hands-on experience in product commercialization, project
management, and strategic planning. You will work closely with experienced
professionals, learning the ins and outs of the industry while contributing to
the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. If you are eager

How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the
Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by
supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will
work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

Product Commercialization:
Lead the commercialization process for new technologies,
capturing key features, functions, benefits, and risks. Ensure robust project
control through meticulous planning and reporting on technical aspects,
budgets, and schedules.

Innovation and Competitive Positioning:
Drive key innovation projects, identifying new
features and capabilities to enhance the competitive edge of the 2000E product
line. Evaluate regulatory and energy transition trends to determine product
needs for the operating fleet in North and Latin America.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with regional unit partners and
other organizations to understand market requirements. Communicate the R&D
project pipeline, assess business impacts, and appraise customer benefits.

Strategic Roadmap Development:
Contribute to the development and implementation
of strategic product roadmaps, ensuring the life cycle success of the
portfolio.

Issue Monitoring and Resolution:
Monitor identified issues and support thorough
root cause analyses. Collaborate with technical experts, sales teams, long-term
program leads, and other stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction.

Cost Management and ROI:
Clarify business impacts through ongoing cost
reduction efforts, parts consolidation, and innovative repair technologies to
maximize return on investment.

Data Analysis and Improvement:
Coordinate fleet data analyses to enhance
component and product performance.
What You Bring
- Recent master’s
degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Product
Management, or a related field. - Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge
from internships, working student activities, or employment. - Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through
studying or working. - Strong technical
foundation with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex
technical concepts. - Basic
understanding of project management principles, with a willingness to
develop skills in planning, budgeting, and scheduling. - Passion for innovation
and a keen interest in identifying new features and capabilities to
enhance product competitiveness. - Awareness of
regulatory and energy transition trends, with a desire to learn more about
their impact on product development. - .Language Proficiency:
Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment andbe
flexible and mobile during the
program.
