Description

As a Project Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented
  • Manage project schedules and work closely with project team to meet deadlines
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Communicate relevant project information to stakeholders
  • Ensure all project documents are up to date and stored appropriately
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

Profile

A successful Project Administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Offer
