    The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on achieving their targets and driving business growth.

    Key responsibilities:

    – Includes managing sales data using Excel

    – Processing orders

    – Handling customer inquiries

    – Preparing sales reports

    – Scheduling work onto CRM system

    – Ensuring all documents are complaint against company policy

    – Uploading invoices

    – Training compliance

    – Maintaining customer records

    – Streamlining processes, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate documentation
