    A Snapshot of Your Day

    In our project management team, we are responsible for
    realizing the delivery of projects in the field of High Voltage grid. Our
    customers can be either the Transmission Grid Operators (ELIA in Belgium) or
    customers connected to the Transmission Grid. These projects are often critical
    to our customers and can vary in size and complexity, up until full turnkey
    projects running over several years requiring intensive international
    cooperation with multiple stakeholders such as other different Siemens Energy
    companies, suppliers, sub-contractors etc.

    We are now looking for a team assistant who can support the
    project managers and other colleagues with administrative tasks and general
    assistance.

    We encourage applications from candidates with minimal/
    without previous experience but with the required language skills as stated

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Project
      Assistance for customer projects/ project teams
    • Prepare
      work packages for processing of offers, orders etc.
    • Order
      administration in SAP
    • Purchase
      follow up and logistics, including direct contact with suppliers
    • Using
      project management and sales relevant tools (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
    • Administrative
      support, calendar management and activity/ events scheduling
    • Plus
      a variety of other day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks !
    • Essentially
      this is a back-office position, working closely with the project managers
      in our Belgian main offices in Beersel (Huizingen).  In case of specific administrative needs
      on our construction sites, occasional site visits will also be needed.

    What You Bring

    • Proficiency
      in English, Dutch and French essential
    • Confident
      user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Willingness
      to become a confident user of (relevant modules of) SAP. Prior knowledge
      of SAP is advantageous, however not necessary.
    • Curiosity,
      attention to detail, and autonomy
    • Initiative,
      open-minded to new insights, and a positive approach to change.

    • Organized
      and able to effectively prioritize, collaborative approach and willingness
      to learn
    • Comfortable
      to liaise daily with different business contacts, both internally as
      externally, both locally as international, using different communication
      channels (in person, phone, Teams calls, e-mail …)
