    As a Project Engineer,
     you will be
    part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team. You will steer  implementation of assigned multiple service projects,
    coordinate project activities, and monitor the project related tasks.

    Your Skills and
    Experience

    ·       
    Proven track record in supporting
    medium-to-large scale projects, preferably in the Power Transmission Industry.

    ·       
    Demonstrated ability to
    collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    ·       
    Solid understanding of
    project execution methodologies, tools, and processes.

    ·       
    Knowledge of risk
    management, change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

    ·       
    Strong communication
    and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders
    effectively.

    ·       
    Familiarity with
    contract management, including claims, change requests, and compliance.

    Your Role –
    Challenging and Future-Oriented

    As a Project Engineer
    , you will take ownership
    of delivering projects as directed by the Project manager. from initiation to
    completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer expectations.

    Your responsibilities include:

    Core Responsibilities

    1. Project Execution:

    • Prepare project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulations,
      corporate governance, and customer requirements.
    • Review & manage project plans, budgets, resources, and
      timelines efficiently as directed by the Project manager.

    2. Risk and Issue Management:

    • Identify,
      assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans where
      necessary.
    • Address and
      resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track.

    3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Maintain
      strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Act as the
      main point of contact for project updates, escalations.

    4. Contract and Change Management:

    • Handle
      change requests, claims, and contract adjustments professionally.
    • Ensure all
      contractual obligations are met while protecting the organization from
      liability.

    5. Project Planning and Monitoring:

    • Set up
      project schedules, milestones, and KPIs, continuously monitoring progress.
    • Conduct
      regular status meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals.

    6. Project Closure:

    • Steer the project to successful completion, including final
      acceptance tests and documentation as directed by the Project manager.
    • Conduct lessons-learned sessions and implement improvements for
      future projects.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to Siemens Energy Business Conduct Guidelines,
      including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), compliance, and legal
      standards.

     What You
    Bring 

     

    ·       
    University or higher
    education technical degree (Electrical / Electronic engineering)

    ·       
    PMP / IPMA or
    equivalent certification.

    ·       
    At least 5 years of
    working experience with utilities/EPC’s within MENA region.

    ·       
    Knowledge of High /
    Medium Voltage equipment maintenance (GIS, Transformer, Control and Protection
    system)

    ·       
    Experience with outage
    planning and execution in power station, plants  

    ·       
    Knowledge of offer /
    tendering processes

    ·       
    Work experience in an
    international environment is preferred

    ·       
    Driving Licence and own
    means of transportation.

    ·       
    Expert skills in spoken
    and written English and ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
