    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Project management in the field of control technology, electrical engineering and digitalization for worldwide new construction and modernization projects with internal and external customers
    • Responsible for the technical and economic success of the project and customer satisfaction
    • Exchange of experience with the entire project management team and the respective units
    • Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team
    • Representation of the project within the organization and proactive communication
    • Support during the sales and quotation phase
    What You Bring
    • University degree in the field of automation, control technology or electrical engineering or comparable technical education with relevant professional experience
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the development, implementation and/or operation of offshore wind energy projects in a project execution organization.
    • A minimum of 3 years professional experience leading projects in full responsibility including, negotiations, contract management and change management.
    • Certification as a Project Manager such as PM@Siemens, IPMA or PMI is an advantage
    • Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is desirable, other language skills are an advantage
    • Communication skills, empathy and a high degree of team spirit, as well as initiative, results orientation, decision-making and organizational skills round off your profile
    About the Team
    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
    decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
    steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
