    Realizes the functional concept of systems in a project
    management by technical, detailed solutions

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Organizing project teams, assigning individual
      responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource
      requirements
    • Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and
      staffing
    • Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g.,
      International Standards Organization)
    • Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
    • On
      some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project
      plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
    • Establishing an action plan for self and others to complete
      work efficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan; Translating
      strategic priorities into project operational reality and concrete actions.
    • Encouraging others to address problems and opportunities;
      leading the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace;
      Recognizing and driving and changes needed to achieve strategic objectives;
      Transforming organizational culture, systems, or products/services.
    • Setting high standards (personal and group) and monitoring
      progress toward goals; tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals; defining
      success by goal achievement and continuous improvement.

    What You Bring

    • Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience as Project Manager
      / Project Manager – Main Core Team Member preferably in industrial, oil &
      gas and chemical
    • Minimum of Bachelor Technical Degree in Industrial
      Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Power sub-degree
    • Good communication and analytical skills
    • Proactive and able to work under deadlines in global project
      environment
