As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the correct technical definition and management order about Service relating to High Voltage product in order to meet customer expectations in term of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens Energy business strategy. You must ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results. The role exemplifies our values through their daily activity, focusing on customer success, innovation, and crafting a positive team environment.
This position requires strong ability to organize the various operational steps, precision and technical knowledge of HV equipment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyzing equipment failures and defining corrective actions, including collaboration with external labs for HV equipment issues.
- Handling customer relationships by addressing technical aspects of Nuova Magrini Galileo and Siemens Energy HV equipment and communicating technical information through presentations.
- Ensuring product quality by handling non-conformities according to internal standards and addressing deviations.
- Collaborating with the technical department to identify, propose, and implement improvements for high voltage equipment.
- Engaging in technical collaboration with headquarters and production, including preliminary inspections to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive technical reports, test reports, and quality control plans, and running tasks to meet customer order objectives and delivery timelines, including activating partner concern procedures for critical issues.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Product Manager.
- Specific knowledge of High and Medium Voltage, Electrical Substations and products.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency level of written and spoken English and Italian.
- Ability to effectively connect with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Able to negotiate with partners to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring that project objectives are aligned with customer expectations.
