We provide Demand Management, Governance and best in class Delivery capabilities.We are a diverse talent pool of strategy managers, demand & planning managers, delivery managers, portfolio managers, programme and project managers as well as business analysis and scrum masters, based across 3 regions: Cambridge (UK), Bangalore (India) & Austin (USA).About the role:Our client has moved into a significant period of growth and change, and across the organization it is imperative that we organize our teams and processes in a way that ensures we can move at pace and scale our operations appropriately.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in change management, project management, and excellent stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, cross functional teams and departments to ensure successful implementation.Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage change management strategies to support transformation program.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential impacts.
  • Identifying potential risks and devising risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays and setbacks during project delivery
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, resolving issues and initiating corrective action and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation, including reports, status updates, Project Initiation Document, plans and risk register.
  • Must have experience:

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and embrace change.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate change vision and progress, foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organisation including senior leadership and cross functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving capabilities to overcome obstacles and drive project success.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
