Snapshot of Your Day
As a
Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating
and executing projects that drive our mission of sustainable energy solutions.
You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects
are delivered on time and within budget while meeting our clients’ needs.
This position is tailored for experienced project managers with a strong
background in engineering and a passion for the energy sector.
You will
manage projects related to energy production technologies, including both
conventional and renewable energy solutions, contributing to the global energy
transition.
Your leadership will directly influence project success, enhance client
satisfaction, and support Siemens Energy’s commitment to delivering reliable
and sustainable energy solutions.
You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values open
communication, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.
How
You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate
internal and external resources for seamless project planning and
execution. - Monitor project
milestones, budgets, and schedules, taking proactive measures to minimize
non-conformance costs. - Manage
relationships with customers and all internal and external project
stakeholders. - Conduct ongoing
risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks. - Ensure compliance
with Project Management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines,
including tax regulations, export control, and EHS protocols
What You
Bring
- 3 to 5 years of
Project Management experience. - PMP or Prince2
certification is mandatory. - Excellent written
and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience
or knowledge of mechanics and rotating machinery (e.g., gas and steam
turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors) is advantageous. - Goal-oriented,
comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple
tasks simultaneously.

Our Gas Services team offers Low-emission power generation
through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and
all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization
opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of
the fleet.
