You will receive the site reports and claims of our transformers to accurately manage the attention to field issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Receive and analyze field reports to lead their resolution by involving the appropriate team.
- Document valid claims and warranties to ensure accurate follow-up until closure.
- Maintain an accurate record of warranty and claim costs.
- Manage material resources for warranties, including shipping and export.
- Request quotes, generate material and service requisitions, and follow up on their billing.
- Manage after-sales projects, such as spare parts, engineering studies, etc.
What You Bring
- Studies in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
- Desirable experience in transformers, project management.
- Availability to travel abroad if vital.
- 3+ years of successful experience in a customer happiness, process and project management.
- Excellent communication skills
