Permanent opportunity for a project surveyor with a great consultancy in Manchester.
Your new company
A national firm of chartered surveyors offering building surveying, cost consultancy and project management services across the UK. They are currently growing their Manchester team and are in a position to appoint a project surveyor, chartered or on the way to becoming chartered.
Your new role
Working alongside a team of 6 you will build close working relationships with your team, clients and bring new business as well. You will provide technical building surveying advice, this will include the technical side, due-diligence, party walls, building pathology as well as project management. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects including commercial, historical, retail, residential, industrial, hotel and leisure.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified in building surveying or equivalent with MRICS status or on the way to become chartered with post-graduate experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with your clients and co-workers.
