• Property litigation
• Commercial litigation
• Debt recovery matters
• Acting on behalf of lenders

This is a busy and high-performing department, dealing with clients all across the UK with work regularly referred from the firm’s London office.The Ideal Candidate

• NQ-5 years’ PQE (more senior considered)
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to level of experience
• Experience running a caseload independently
• Background in commercial and/or property litigation
• Debt recovery experience essential
• Commercial awareness and market understanding
• Excellent client care skills with a proactive approach
