    Your new role

    As a Legal Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our legal functions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting with the preparation and reviewing of legal documents and contracts.
    • Conducting legal research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
    • Managing and organising legal files and records.
    • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
    • Supporting the legal team in litigation and compliance matters.
    • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Previous experience in a legal support role, preferably within the housing or real estate sector.
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Secretarial skills, minute taking and audio typing.
