How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System for the Project Excellence team worldwide in alignment with the global regions and sub-regions.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal ISO Audit Program
- Develop and implement audit program (ISO9001, 14001, 45001) for EAD inclusive regions by supporting the main Quality strategy and set objectives.
- Lead the audit program by coordinating all audits within EAD regions and organizations, plan and conduct ISO audits in Germany and support regions in execution of the audits.
- Support activities in the corporate EQS team to expand and maintain the Siemens Energy matrix certification.
- Support the regions, sub-regions and support functions of the TI EAD Business in tracking organizational quality opportunities, work closely with various partners to facilitate discussions on preventive action process.
- Non-Conformance (NC) management
- Manage EAD wide NC management, drive qualitative root cause analyses, support and foster implementation of Lessons Learned
- Support a transparent NC-Cost reporting within EAD and towards TI and corporate functions.
- Assist with NCC avoidance by proactively promoting steps to mitigate issues.
- Contribute to the Supplier Quality Management activities to address quality issues with suppliers.
- Product safety responsible for EAD, ensure that product safety is effectively managed within the business.
- Drive a communication strategy on QM topics into the TI EAD organization including initiatives for the annual quality day.
- Drive process documentation revision process within EAD in line with SE process house requirements.
- Support EAD regions and sub-regions where required to implement ISO27001 and get ready to be certified.
- Follow up on actions where a detractor-feedback has been received out of the customer satisfaction survey process.
- Maintain the QM related process and regulatory documentation for TI EAD in alignment with the related corporate instructions.
- Support in improving the Project Excellence related processes, workflows and templates.
- QMiP coach for EAD
- 3i administrator for TI at the Erlangen location
- Contribute to the TI QM community and SE EQS team.
What you bring:
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Willingness to frequently travel globally
- Extensive experience establishing quality management systems (QMS)
- Experience developing and implementing ISO standards programs
- Depp understanding of quality tools, especially for route cause analysis
- Ability to manage supplier quality development and establish communication strategy
- Educated to university degree level – technical/ engineering focus preferred
- Certification in quality advantageous, certified auditor for ISO standards
- Pro active and hands on approach, you like a challenge, want to take ownership and mentor others
