Quantity Surveyor
My client is an award-winning designer and manufacturing enterprise that has had a strong 30-year presence in the construction industry. They specialise in domestic, commercial, industrial, and public sector developments. Requirements:
- A degree in quantity surveying or a relevant construction discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction sector and a thorough understanding of contract law#
- Accrediations either RICS OR CIOB
- Excellent attention to detail and proven time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driving licence
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate project specifications and financial costs thoroughly
- Ensure regulatory compliance for the lifecycle of projects
- Prepare final reports and costing plans
- Undertake land estimations with estimator and commercial teams
- Work closely with all key stakeholders
