    Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

    Your new company

    You will be working for a specialist in multi-utility infrastructure, providing services for electricity, gas, and water networks. Focusing on design and install of high-voltage electricity systems, manage gas infrastructure from design to commissioning and ensure reliable water supply for various developments.
    Your new role

    As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
    What you’ll need to succeed

    In order to be successful, you will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience surveying on heavy civils or construction schemes, preferably in the utilities, and have a good understanding of NEC3 or NEC4 or JCT forms of contracts. In addition, you will have a degree/HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying (or experience equivalent) and be able to prioritise workloads and work within set deadlines. Finally, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
