    Location – Peterborough

    Salary up to £27k dependant on experience + uncapped commission

    Must hold a full UK drivers licence

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    – Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.

    – Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to deliver top-notch recruitment solutions.

    – Leverage your sales expertise to drive success and exceed targets.

    – Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity

    – Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.- Develop relationships with existing clients- K.P.I (Key Performance Indicators) to be agreed with key customers as directed by line manager.- Perform other duties as assigned.
