    We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to build and develop a corporate client base that helps to drive the revenues and achieve the budget in Fraser Hospitality properties in the UK, with special emphasis on the West London portfolio. Additionally, you will maximise revenue from existing accounts, and create cross-selling opportunities within the secured client base to the other properties EMEA and chain wide.

    What you’ll be doing as Regional Sales Manager

    • Support the growth of direct corporate clients and related marketing activities for UK properties, under the guidance of the Director of Sales (DOS) UK.
    • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly KPIs, focusing on sales meetings and acquiring new accounts, with special emphasis on West London.
    • Actively source new clients through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and other strategies to expand the direct client portfolio in the UK.
    • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, create account plans, and work towards meeting annual revenue targets and budget goals.
    • Collaborate with DOS UK to define sales strategies for the UK region and supervise the Sales Team in the DOS’s absence, ensuring they achieve desired sales activity levels.
    • Assist in managing Consortia clients and increasing market share with key accounts, while driving revenue for short and long stays at the right ADR.
    • Represent Frasers Hospitality at sales meetings, events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events, maintaining a high professional image.
    • Handle RFP processes and local contracts, ensuring timely completion, and drive special projects as directed by the DOS UK.
    • Conduct familiarisation trips, property show rounds, and stay informed about local competitors, regularly conducting SWOT analyses.
    • Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system, complete monthly reports, and assist in training new and existing Sales Team members.

    What we’re looking for: 

    • You will have demonstrable experience in a Sales Manager capacity, ideally managing multiple properties in the London area.
    • Experience in a multi-unit, multi-market environment or hotel environment is beneficial.
    • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
    • A proven track record of delivery and have excellent working knowledge of account management and relationship building.
