At Marske we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a 30-bedded nursing home. Our facility specializes in providing care for younger adults with physical disabilities and respite care.
What You’ll be Doing
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and assess residents’ health and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
- Maintain accurate care and documentation
- Support residents in achieving their personal health goals
What You’ll Need
- Valid NMC Pin. RGN, RNLD
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
