Minor Repair Technician – Endoscopy

We’re recruiting a Minor Repair Technician to join a specialist medical engineering workshop in Southend-on-Sea. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong fine motor skills and experience repairing or assembling mechanical or electrical equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Assess, repair and function-test endoscopy equipment

• Follow technical manuals and standard operating procedures

• Carry out quality checks using precision tools and test equipment

• Record repair data and complete service documentation

• Work collaboratively to meet productivity and quality targets

What we’re looking for:

• Fine hand skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience in mechanical or electrical repair/assembly

• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately

• Comfortable using computers to log repair information

• Endoscopy repair experience desirable but not essential
