Outstanding opportunity to join one of London’s leading Plot Sales/New Homes teams due to a significant increase in new contracts from substantial national housing developers.

The firm is highly regarded in its sectors with the property practice acting on behalf of housebuilders, investment funds, corporate occupiers and investors across the UK, Europe and further afield. The team’s work is widely reported.

The Role

This role provides immediate exposure to significant, high-volume development projects in London and the Home Counties and offers:

• Autonomy to manage your own caseload

The Successful Candidate:

• At least five years’ experience in a dedicated Plot Sales or residential development role (essential)
• A proven track record of managing your own off plan plot sales caseload within a reputable property practice
• Experience acting for developers or working within a high-volume residential development environment
• Will have advised on development-related residential property matters relevant to the developments
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML
