Are you a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the reins of our client’s busy, vibrant restaurant located in a truly beautiful setting.
Restaurant Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front: You’ll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems, and motivating your team.
- Team Management: Oversee and support a skilled team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to manage stock effectively, reduce food waste, and control cleaning and operational costs.
- Rota Planning: Create and manage staff rotas to ensure the restaurant is always adequately staffed, especially during peak times.
- Hands-on Approach: We’re looking for someone who’s resilient, doesn’t mind grafting, and is fully available in the afternoons to lead from the floor.
