    Your new company is a privately owned BuildingServices Consultancy that is seeking for a Revit Technician based withinNottingham due to the growth of the team.
    Withinthis role you will have the opportunity to:

    Youwill be providing technical support working collaboratively in a multidiscipline team consisting of Building Services Designers, Building Physicistand Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous marketsectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fullyco-ordinated design for installation purposes; RIBA stages 0 to 5.
    Duties will include:

  • Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce co-ordinated drawings
  • Delivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Co-ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEP
  • Create and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
  • Create legends, schedules and templates
  • Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD
  • Meet the requirements of projects within specified time frames
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards
  • Give guidance to junior staff and apprentices
  • Follow BIM Protocols
  • Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff of all levels
  • Youmay need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.
    What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer software
  • Ideally you will have a background within the MEP industry or experience in a similar role
  • Organised and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales
  • Be a team player, but able to operate at an individual level
  • Ideally ONC/HNC in relevant discipline
