    A fabulous opportunity for a Office Administrator to join a award-winning Tech company.

    Based in prestigious offices in the beautiful town of Knutsford the opportunity will initially be a temporary contract with the opportunity for the right person to become permanent.

    Reporting to the department Manager, working within a dynamic team the position of the Office Administrator will be busy, fast paced and varied

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
    • Support the completion of customer forms
    • Respond to emails and customer enquiries
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers
    • Generate customer quotes
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information
    • Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or department

    Ideally the successful Office Administrator will have the following skills and expertise:

    • Previous experience in a Administration/Customer Services
    • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work proactively
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
