    As one of the first estate agents to establish an office in the area, we have developed specialised knowledge of the local lettings market and its diverse range of residential properties.

    Your new role

  • Assist the sales team with Administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Responding to client enquiries, providing information about properties, and scheduling viewings.
  • Maintain and update clients and property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute the necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and updating property listings.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, viewings, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organisation.
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Understanding of letting processes in the UK market.
  • 1 year + experience in a residential property company
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
