    A Snapshot of Your Day

    You will have
    responsibility to identify and evaluate customer requirements in RfQs or Rfls
    and manage the development of a suitable service concept for projects in the
    area of Sustainable Energy Systems (e.g. Electrolyzer Systems and Solutions,
    P2X, Hybrid).

    You will prepare and
    negotiate with the customer service offers within the driven boundaries in
    time, cost and quality.

    You will closely work
    together with your colleagues from SES Sales to identify and develop service
    scope in customer new unit projects.

    In addition, you are
    responsible to develop service opportunities with existing SES customers to
    evolve long term customer relationships.

    You support the Service
    Project Managers to prepare and calculate additional scope and upsells.

    You will also direct,
    lead and motivate your project team to deliver successfully, helping to drive
    our energy transformation efforts

    What You Bring


    • Master’s degree or equivalent
      experience in technical/chemical field or economics required. Practical work
      experience of at least 3+ years preferred. Knowledge of electrolysis process
      and linked technologies is a plus.
    • Extensive professional
      experience in customer management and negotiation, consistently going above and
      beyond to develop, implement, and complete sales strategies that deliver
      optimal results for our customers.
    • Ability and empathy to build
      valuable relationships and can provide direction to cross functional
      multicultural teams and build positive momentum in your projects via integrity,
      trust, and respect.
    • Managing multiple priorities
      effectively, organizing your own workload and meeting deadlines are not a
      problem for you
    • Passion for renewables related
      energy markets
    • Fluent English language,
      further languages would be beneficial
    • Willingness to travel
      occasionally on business around the world.
    • Strong know how of maintenance
      and (after) sales processes and measuring would be beneficial

    About the Team

    In our department we
    take the responsibility for the Maintenance and Service Business for
    Sustainable Energy Projects all over the world, based on, amongst others, our
    system of the hydrogen producing electrolysis technology. Together with our
    colleagues in the Regional Entities we account for the Sales of all kind of
    Services for projects within our SES portfolio. With passion for our customers
    and their plants, we cooperate in internal and external teams to find the best
    service solution to keep the fleet running and to support our customers on
    their way of decarbonization.
