    The key purpose of this role is to act as an Administrative link between Sales, Marketing and Operations. It is for an established Consumer goods business based in North West London, being based in the office 5 days a week.

    The client is a large and established consumer goods business based in North West London.

    Description

    The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

    • Supporting the Marketing team to provide an administrative link between their activity and Sales
    • Working with PR to ensure that press & influencers get the correct samples of new products
    • Create and maintain POS database
    • Assist the Sales team with their Export orders from start to finish
    • Assisting with compliance documentation when required
    • Help customers with product queries and maintain customer service queries
    • Assist Sales team in researching new trends, new markets and competitor activity
    • Prepare sales reports to analyse data
    • Assist with travel arrangements, admin and expense processing for Marketing leader.

    Profile

    The successful candidate will have-
