    Sales Executive, temporary, full time

    My client is a well established, exciting, thriving, market leader based in Durham.
    Your new role
    As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping to achieve the company’s sales turnover. You will provide a professional and customer focused service to all our customers as well as achieving sales and financial targets. This is a temporary ongoing requirement for approximately three months.
    Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Follow the set customer journey process and undertake relevant administration.
  • Liaise with legal professionals to monitor and progress the sales process.
  • Acting as first point of contact for on site visitors.
  • Work as a team to help each other achieve success.
  • Requesting supplier pricing where applicable and providing quotes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times through all route to market, including face to face, telephone, Website etc.
  • Upsell optional extras.
  • Assisting the team with general miscellaneous requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of appropriate administrative procedures to record, track and conclude sales transactions.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety standards, requirements and procedures in relation to yourself, customers and the development at all times.
