SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry who is looking for a Sales Executive to join the after sales team c£32,000 + Bonus Overview: Up-selling aftercare and extended warranty products to customers Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling and logging phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain organized online systems and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in coordinating and scheduling engineering resource, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. SAP and Dynamics 365 Expertise: Utilize SAP and Dynamics 365 to quote customers and arrange engineering paperwork Ensure engineers are provided with paperwork and that it is completed and returned, actioning any additional requests Carry out data maintenance within the SAP and CRM to improve data quality Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support. Assist in the preparation of sales quotations Maintain customer records and assist in managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues related to office administration and system functionality. Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: Proven experience in Sales / Sales Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP and Dynamics 365 is preferential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with sales processes and support functions. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
