IT Support Technician
Location: Close to Market HarboroughSalary:
£17,778.85 pro rata (£25,000 FTE)Hours:
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Term Time Only + 1 weekMy client are an exceptional and high achieving education provider with sites around Leicestershire.Role
Provide first and second line IT support to staff and pupils, ensuring smooth operation of all IT services and equipment.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
- Maintain IT security, manage accounts, and update software.
- Install, commission, and dispose of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with Uppingham IT team and manage on-site contractors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good GCSEs including Maths and English.
- Knowledge of managed iOS, Microsoft 365, MS Windows, Google Suite, and AV equipment.
- Strong customer service skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
