Science Academic Mentor Job Summary
- Full-time term time only Science Academic Mentor Long term contract until July 2025
- First-Class Science related degree from a Top 20 UK University
- Child centered experience ideally tutoring is desirable
- Role paying £400-£500 per week Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Ideal role for an aspiring Teacher keen to gain some hands-on experience.
Science Academic Mentor Job Role
- Receive mentorship from outstanding Science Teachers and Lead Practitioners
- Support students in a classroom setting, 1:1, and through small group interventions in all three sciences
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and materials
- Comfortable supporting GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Assist students in developing effective techniques to prepare for their exams enhance their performance
