    A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY 
    Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as Data Developer and Analyst to support the Forecast and Budget SE RE Tool. Your role includes the responsibility of maintaining our tool. You will also support the analysis of planning data to help drive management decisions. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.
    HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
    • Support and Maintain Tools: Support, improve, and maintain the planning tool in FIN reporting BA area, and ensure the Budget & FC data model in SQL Server and SAC is effective on both regional and global levels.
    • Data Management: Evaluate significant amounts of data from various sources, ensuring all data preparation tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Training and Support: Provide support, train, and coach others in the use of the planning tool, and manage roles and permissions.
    • Database Supervision: Supervise and maintain MS SQL database servers’ processes, ensuring performance, security, and regular backups.
    • Incident Management: Support incident management by contacting the service desk as needed and maintaining constant communication with the finance team to report any incidents that may affect the process.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation pertaining to developing processes and systems operation, ensuring clarity and regular updates.
    WHAT YOU BRING
    • Professional Experience: 3+ years in a data management or data analytics role.
    • Technical Skills: Background in software development using MS SQL Server and VBA for Microsoft 365 Excel.
    • Training and Support: Ability to provide support, train, and coach others in the use of different tools.
    • Communication and Documentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and maintain documentation for developing processes and data model operations.
    • Data Literacy and Quality: Curiosity about Data Literacy and Data Quality topics, with the ability to articulate solutions to resolve data quality issues.
    • Collaboration and Autonomy: Excellent ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with global colleagues, efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Additional qualifications that are a plus:
      • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a technology-related field.
      • Analytics/Reporting Technologies: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (AfO).

    Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4’5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with SE’s business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE. You’ll get the opportunity to work with real estate colleagues across the world and make a meaningful contribution to the development of the global real estate organization.
