- Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Support new product development and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving
Senior BuyerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and implement long-term, sustainable solutions
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience managing UK and international suppliers
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost savings
- Experienced in driving continuous improvement initiatives
