Description
The Senior Commercial Lawyer will be:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts

Advising on high-value procurement and partnership agreements

Supporting international collaborations and cross-border arrangements

Providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders

Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance across commercial projects
Profile
The Senior Commercial Lawyer should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial contracts experience

Experienced in procurement and complex contractual arrangements

Ideally familiar with international or cross-border legal matters

Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Able to operate effectively within a structured governance framework
