    Join our
    growing Real Estate Finance team as a Senior Analyst supporting the Contract
    Administration process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role
    involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations. You will
    work with real estate colleagues across the world and make a significant
    contribution to the development of the global real estate organization.

    How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

    • Manage and performs
      contract administration including IFRS16 reporting
    • Identify and implement
      process improvements
    • Enforce operational
      control and quality of Contract Management
    • Provide data and
      validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool,
      etc.)
    • Proactive, self-driven
      and able to work effectively in global, virtual teams and networks
    • Maintain effective
      communication within department and extended SE RE organization

    What You Bring (requirements)

    • University degree in
      Management, Business Administration or similar
    • 3-5 years work
      experience
    • Experience
      in Contracts management, Real Estate, administrative and/or financial processes
      preferred
    • Relevant
      experience in accounting including hands on experience handling lease
      accounting as per IFRS16
    • Fluent in
      English (mandatory) & Portuguese (desirable)

    over 4’5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities
    and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with SE’s
    business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work
    environments for SE.
