    You will be an integral part of the Grid Technologies business controlling (SE FIN GT BC), working with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams. As part of the Controlling Business Partner for the Execution Unit Grid Solutions you are the reliable partner for GT GS Management providing data and analysis as basis for financial decisions and strategy.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Act as trusted Partner to the execution unit Grid Technologies Grid Solutions (GT GS) on all business controlling and reporting topics
    • Coordinate finance topics within the execution unit and define requirements for tools and reports
    • Analyze financial data, including project data, and understand business impacts and developments to prepare financial reports and analyses as needed
    • Conduct deviation Analysis of main financial KPI
    • Be part of the monthly closing, including forecasting and reporting, and yearly budget process for the Execution Unit GT GS including coordination of internal stakeholders like Regions, Project Entity, Sales
    • Understand the business of the Execution Unit GT GS in order to create transparency and support the business
    • Support the development of tools and methods to improve forecast accuracy
    • Execute ad-hoc requests and participate in special projects in the business controlling community
    What You Bring
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field
    • Several years of relevant experience in the area of controlling or business administration
    • Strong knowledge of Siemens Energy business and reporting structures and processes
    • Project business knowledge including processes and relevant tools (Project Dash, Jedox, Alteryx) 
    • Expert in the use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Highly developed analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a team with good collaboration and communication skills, working with internal and external stakeholders
    • Business fluent in English
