A rapidly growing organisation based in the City Centre of Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis. In the role, you will be working with a small credit team and will report into the Credit Manager. Please note this role is an office-based role Your new role
Manage your own ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Proactively communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
Resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to invoicing or payment
Improve credit control policies and procedures to minimise the risk of bad debt
Cash allocations and manage any queries
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong previous experience in Credit Control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Sage
