    Are you passionate about Change & Transformation? If
    so, we are looking for a Senior Expert in Change and Transformation
    to
    join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our organization
    by developing and implementing HR initiatives. In this role, you will be
    responsible for supporting the people side of change within Siemens Energy.
    This includes developing strategies, approaches, and plans, leading networks
    that specialize in change and transformation, and executing activities to
    support transformation within Siemens Energy.

    How You’ll Make an
    Impact 

    • Create a strategy to support
      adoption of new ways of working and organizational change using recognized
      change management practices, processes, and tools.
    • Develop strategies for
      expanding and improving the work of current change and transformation networks
      within Siemens Energy.
    • Define and measure success
      metrics and monitor change progress amongst two key change and transformation
      networks within Siemens Energy.
    • Support communication
      efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key
      communications.
    • Identify and actively
      manage key stakeholders, providing input and supporting the design and delivery
      of training programs.
    • Establish a strong
      partnership and close collaboration with sponsors across the Siemens Energy
      business and other parts of HR to ensure consistent messaging, usage, and
      quality of change and transformation initiatives.

    What You Bring:

    • Formal qualifications (bachelor’s degree or higher) in HR, Psychology,
      Business, Communications, or similar, with 5 – 7 years of experience leading
      change and transformation projects.
    • Experience in managing complex/international projects and large-scale
      organizational change efforts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to
      clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, and fluency in English.
    • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change
      process, along with experience and knowledge of change management principles,
      methods, and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills, able to work
      effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and
      challenges.
