    A Snapshot of Your Day 
    We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will
    have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to
    work independently. Additionally, the position will support the management team in analyzing
    the impacts of the global figures and across all various accounting systems used in reporting.
    As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing SG&A reporting, controlling,
    tracking SG&A targets, as well as controlling the central cost center. You will also be
    responsible for creating service level agreements, handling ad hoc requests, budgeting, and IT
    project controlling. 
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Oversee SG&A controlling and ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis and provide guidance on functional cost assignments.
    • Manage the SG&A targets by identifying, supporting and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
    • Control the central IMB cost center and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
    • Create and manage service level agreements to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
    • Develop and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Oversee IT project controlling to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
    • Improve and increase efficiency of STG reporting landscape by driving automation and digitalization (create Tableau 
    What You Bring
     
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent MBA, CPA or other equivalent professional certification preferred
    • 3 – 5+ years of progressive professional experience in a global enterprise
    • Directly related accounting and/or finance functional experience with emphasis on financial planning, reporting, forecasting and controlling
    • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy
    • Ability to digest detailed information and bring to a summarized level for executive management.
    • Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in effective an efficient manor, verbally and in writing
    • Proficient in English, German is a plus
    • Strong Excel, MS office, think cell and presentation skills required. Tableau, Alteryx, SAP, Analytics Cloud is a plus
