Snapshot of Your Day
This role will be responsible for the timely
and accurate completion of all commercial/financial related matters for Field
Services teams. These include managing the field service cost centers
management, forecasting, budgeting, controlling and reporting according to
defined processes, standards, and applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines
(FRG). You will report directly to the Head of Finance Service Operations Saudi
Arabia, based in the SE Dammam Hub.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Ensure
transparency in actuals, provide reliable forecasts, and develop high-quality
budgets. Conduct variance analysis (under/over absorption of costs) and support
cost-saving measures. - Handle
multiple cost centers, cost allocations, rate calculations, and maintenance in
SAP. Utilize the Solution for Processing Global Implementation, a web-based
tool for recording Field Service Personnel Time Sheets and allowances for
projects. - Manage
resource delegation orders, Service Level Agreements, Process Adjustment Tax
Advice, and compliance in offer creation. - Follow
up on and ensure timely bookings of Time Sheets, cost reconciliations, and
invoicing with supporting calculations for Field Service. - Perform
all monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks, including Journal Vouchers,
Accruals, Clearing WIPS, Order Cost Controlling Report adjustments, Controlling
of Profitability Analysis Margins, Plan Cost Updates, and Order on Hand
Reports. - Ensure
control and compliance with all applicable guidelines in handling projects and
cost centers (FRGs, IFRS, Tax, ECC). - Support
all relevant internal (IFRS) and external audits, logistics, and export control
topics. - Assist
in implementing financial and business administration policies, standards, and
procedures for the assigned organization unit. - Manage
and escalate finance matters, including legal topics, compliance, and financial
risk management. - Drive
transformation initiatives, including process standardization and
digitalization, to optimize responsiveness and costs. - Support
management in achieving targets as per required standards. - Prepare
ad hoc reports, analyses, profitability, and efficiency calculations.
What You Bring
- Master’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or a professional
certification. - Minimum
5 years of Proven experience in Accounting/Finance roles - Experience
in managing field service/site management staff is highly desirable. - Experience
with small projects, cost center management, business processes, and tools. - Command
over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, etc.) and proficiency with
related SAP/MYSPGI modules. - Excellent
verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. - Experience
with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis is essential
