Senior Project Manager duties include:
    – Provide mentoring and coaching to project managers. – Motivation of project teams to hit project milestones. – Producing project plans including estimating project budgets, setting project scopes, and setting project schedules. – Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver the projects. – Establish, maintain & manage relationships with customers and stakeholders. – Lead project review meetings to stakeholders of all levels. – Work with project managers to set SMART project goals and objectives. – Capture and evaluate project risks and work with stakeholders to minimise and mitigate impacts to projects. Senior Project Manager requirements:
    – Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail. – Ability to lead and motivate teams. – Microsoft Office knowledge to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. – At least 5 years related experience in project management. – Working as part of and delivery of automotive & industrial projects (or similar engineering projects). Hours:
    Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.
