Senior Project Manager required for 6 Month Contract – Large Refurbishment Project Edinburgh
Your new role
As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the completion and successful delivery of a large refurbishment project in the middle of Edinburgh. From working with your client to establish a positive and collaborative relationship to establishing an experienced and competent operations team onsite, you will be fundamental to the success of this project. You will work closely with the commercial and operations team to ensure works are completed in line with program and budget and your superior construction knowledge and experience will drive quality, competency and safety through this project.
What you’ll need to succeed
This project has 6 months to completion and is a large refurbishment project in the middle of Edinburgh. You will have deep expertise in the delivery of complex and challenging construction projects, and you have the ability to get up and running on a project quickly. Ideally, you will be from a trade or degree background with a strong pedigree in site and project management and have strong leadership and management ability.
What you’ll get in return
This project has approx 6 months to completion and will be challenging. A very attractive daily rate in line with the demands of the project will be paid to the successful candidate.
