An independent Accountancy Practice is looking to add a key hire to head up the Tax team. You will be overseeing a team of four people for compliance services. You will be bringing advisory skills to the business and help bring new services to the firm. This practice is in an excellent location in SA1 region of Swansea and has a really tight-knit team.

What you’ll need to succeed
- You will need to be a qualified Tax Professional. Qualified by experience applications will be considered
- Mixed Tax experience
- Being able to manage a team and delegate workloads
