    This publishing company based in Central London is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ongoing and is looking to start immediately. This role is a full-time position with all five days in the office from 9am-6pm.
    Your new role

    The purpose of this role is to assist with the Administrative functions of the office, with duties including:

    • Handling the ticket raising system to raise and action any queries
    • Handling general administration of the office space, creating security passes etc.
    • Resolving queries for internal and external customers and escalating if necessary
    • Accurately and efficiently inputting data into systems

    What you’ll need to succeed

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

    • Previous Administration experience is essential
    • Experience and competency using Google Suite applications is essential.
    • Customer-focused with an ability to handle complex situations if required
    • High level of attention to detail and able to recognise patterns in data
    • Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team setting
