This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting engineers, managing customer service requirements, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating service visits, maintenance schedules, and engineer diaries
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and bookings
- Processing service reports and ensuring accurate documentation
- Managing parts orders, quotes, and follow-up work
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and service-level expectations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or fast-paced admin role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using IT systems and service management software
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
