This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting engineers, managing customer service requirements, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating service visits, maintenance schedules, and engineer diaries
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and bookings
  • Processing service reports and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Managing parts orders, quotes, and follow-up work
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes and service-level expectations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or fast-paced admin role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using IT systems and service management software
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
