    IT Service Desk Support Analyst

    A leading Investment management firm is looking to hire a Service desk analyst.

    You would be responsible for;

    • To Provide 1st & 2nd (when necessary) line support to the firms end users logging via Service Desk application.
    • To ensure the Firm’s I.T. infrastructure functions smoothly both in London and the branch offices

    Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience with the following;

    • Experience of working in a Service Desk environment
    • Experience of using a Service Desk ticketing application
    • Excellent communication skills – fluent in english both reading and writing
    • Basic understanding of a computer network
    • Windows 10/11 experience/exposure
    • Office 365 support skills
    • Azure Active Directory support skills
    • Experience in mobile telecommunicates

    IT Service Desk Support Analyst
