What will you be doing?
As a service desk engineer you will be responsible for solutions for our extensive client base and newer members of the internal team. You will be eager to learn and add to current processes to help push the department forward. You will be working as part of a team to deliver timely results to issues escalated.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of two years’ experience within a similar role providing service desk support or within the IT industry.
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
- Experience with multiple operating systems, such as Windows and MacOS.
- Have an understanding of infrastructure such as VMWare, Cisco and Hyper-V.
- Cloud experience, Azure, Intune, MS365 and AWS.
